Don’t be deceived. It’s a Marathon gas station not a fancy place but the food is excellent. Staff was friendly. No different then a Subway in a gas station but 1000 times better. Burgers are great, I wish we had something like this at home. We are only visitors but always make it a priority for lunch.

If anyone needs a quick “fast food“ fix in southern Durango, this is the place hands down!!! Today’s/Tuesday special was a tuna salad sandwich that was by far the best I’ve had in my entire 65 year-old life!…and cost was less than $10 plus my voluntary $2 tip to keep a child from having to suffer a mullet (just ask them, very funny way to encourage tipping at a “fast food“ eatery when people should voluntarily tip those places+hard-working peeps anyhow, in my humble opinion). Today’s tuna salad sandwich was HUGE!, non-fishy tasting, FRESH lettuce and tomatoes and onions and pickles, and also potato chips that I highly suspect are made by hand/in-house. The sandwich was so big I thought I could take half of it back to my elderly dad but unfortunately for him I couldn’t stop eating ALL of it so I will have to find him something else for his lunch… lol! Have also had delicious chicken salad and burgers here before, all excellent! Skip the “chain“ fast food joints, and definitely try this local, and affordable, food-gem!!

I was in town for a week. Had lunch there everyday. I had a double bacon cheeseburger on sourdough. It was perfect. Then the last morning I had a breakfast burrito from there. Those were really good also.

Bart's Deli has a full menu all day. Great breakfast and the fries were AMAZING! We found this place by accident stopping for snacks. The fried egg in my sandwich was made fresh. My daughter enjoyed her potato, egg and cheese Burrito. Their double patty burger was juicy and delicious. This place is a GEM inside of the gas station.

I stopped in while my truck was being worked on at Durango Motor Company. Ordered a Barts Burger with fries and a drink. Service was fast, friendly, and affordable. Burger and fries were off the charts! I really look forward to coming back for more!

Don't get the wrong idea about this place. Although In a gas station, it's some of my favorite food in Durango. Really good burgers and breakfast sandwiches. My favorite things to order in pastrami, egg and cheese on a bagel! (Not on the menue but tell them nick sent you) haha
